Synthetic Turf Experts – Installation Warranty Disclaimer

Thank you for choosing Synthetic Turf Experts for your artificial turf installation needs.

This Limited Lifetime Installation Warranty applies exclusively to the installation workmanship provided by Synthetic Turf Experts (the “Workmanship”).

This warranty covers defects specifically related to the Workmanship of the turf installation. During the warranty period, Synthetic Turf Experts will repair or replace, at no cost to the customer, any installation work determined to have been improperly completed due to workmanship errors.

Please note that this warranty applies only to the installation workmanship and does not cover issues, malfunctions, or damages resulting from factors outside of workmanship defects.

Exclusions:


The following are not covered under this Limited Lifetime Installation Warranty, including but not limited to:

  • Damage to utility wires, underground lines, and/or water or gas pipes during installation

  • Damage caused by humans, pets, or wildlife after installation and/or neglect

  • Irrigation system issues (including sprinklers) that occur or are altered after project completion

  • Acts of nature, including floods, fires, storms, or other natural disasters

  • Turf melting or damage caused by reflected heat or other reflective surfaces

  • Normal wear and tear, including matting or fiber compression over time

  • HOA restrictions or impervious cover limitations

  • Drainage issues or water flow changes occurring after installation

This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original installation performed by Synthetic Turf Experts. Customers must maintain regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure artificial turf longevity.

Artificial Turf Warranty

All artificial grass products installed by Synthetic Turf Experts come with a 15 year warranty. A warranty certificate is issued once the turf is delivered and roll numbers and dye lots have been assigned.
